A practical, non‑judgemental day to help young people understand healthy vs unhealthy relationships, communicate well, set boundaries, and stay safe on‑ and offline.

Who it’s for

  • Young people 11+ (age-appropriate topics and language)
  • Educators, youth workers and safeguarding leads
  • Suitable for mixed groups; attend as an individual or with a friend
  • Can be delivered in schools and other community venues

What you’ll learn

  • The building blocks of healthy relationships: communication, respect, support, honesty, trust, autonomy and equality
  • Consent and boundaries (incl. the law, Gillick/Fraser guidance, and practical scripts)
  • Sexual health essentials: contraception, STIs, myths vs facts
  • Online life: smartphone use, pornography, deepfakes and digital safety
  • Spotting red flags: coercive control, stalking and intimate partner violence (IPV)
  • Conflict resolution, assertiveness and emotional self‑management

What to expect on the day

  • A confidential, inclusive space led by experienced counsellors/life‑skills trainers
  • Short, accessible activities, scenario work and optional sharing
  • Age-appropriate topics and language
  • Clear signposting and safety planning where needed
  • Take‑home tools and handouts
