Purpose of the Role
To support the smooth and successful running of the charity shop on Saturdays by offering excellent customer service, helping maximise income through sales, and representing the charity positively to the public.

What You’ll Be Doing
Volunteers may be involved in some or all of the following activities:
Customer Service
Welcoming customers in a friendly, approachable, and professional manner
Assisting with enquiries and purchases
Helping to create a warm, inclusive, and welcoming shop atmosphere
