Our reception team is the first face of Surrey Counselling & Mediation. They’re here to greet you with warmth and kindness, helping you feel comfortable from the moment you arrive.

We understand how hard it can be to take that first step to seek support. We also understand that many of our clients will be going through a difficult time and therefore we want to make the process of coming for counselling as straightforward as possible. We are proud of our team of wonderful receptionists who will look after you, explain the counselling process and guide you through each step.
